Division Activities
Activities
| 1. Developing strategic plans: Formulate long- and short-term strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. |
| 2. Performance analysis: Evaluate the current performance of an organization or various projects and make recommendations for improvement. |
| 3. Identifying needs: Studying the needs of the labor market and identifying gaps that need to be addressed. |
| 4. Coordination with other divisions and units: Work closely with other divisions and units to ensure that plans are aligned with the overall goals of the organization. |
| 5. Monitoring the implementation of plans: Monitor the progress of the implementation of strategic plans and ensure that the set goals are achieved. |
| 6. Advising: Advise leadership and management on future trends and directions based on data and analysis. |
| 7.Develop new policies: Contribute to the development of new policies based on research and studies that have been conducted. |
| 8.Training and Development: Organizing workshops, training courses, and seminars to enhance staff skills in the areas of planning and studies. |
