A scientific workshop entitled: “The College of Biomedical Engineering: Vision, Mission, and Objectives”

Under the patronage of the esteemed President of the University of Technology, Prof. Dr. Mohsen Nouri Hamza.
Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Biomedical Engineering, Prof. Dr. Sadeq Hussein Bakhy, the College of Biomedical Engineering organized a scientific workshop.
The College of Biomedical Engineering organized a scientific workshop entitled:
“The College of Biomedical Engineering: Vision, Mission, and Objectives”.
The workshop was held at Al-Quds Hall and was presented by the lecturer Prof. Dr. Ali Fadl Al-Baaiwi.
In the presence of several college students.

The workshop highlighted the future vision of the College of Biomedical Engineering and its mission to serve the community by preparing specialized engineers who can link engineering and medical sciences. The workshop also reviewed the educational and scientific goals that the college seeks to achieve in light of the rapid developments in the fields of biomedicine, emphasizing the importance of the pivotal role played by students in supporting and achieving these goals through their active participation in academic and research activities.

This workshop was part of a series of scientific activities organized by the college, with the aim of enhancing students’ awareness of their academic specialization and consolidating the concepts of institutional affiliation and future professional responsibility.

At the conclusion of the workshop, the door was opened for discussion and exchange of views, where students showed great interaction by asking questions and constructive interventions, which enriched the themes of the workshop and showed their interest and deep awareness of the importance of the future role that awaits them in this vital specialization.
